The guy who created Daleks, and still owns the character copyrights
(interestingly, it wasn't the creators of Dr. Who) has used threats
of lawsuits to have Dalek porn (yes, Dalek porn) pulled from
stores, and I believe there was an actual lawsuit over plans to
have a gay Dalek in the current reincarnation of the show.
